U2: Pop CD (1997) | Island Records | Alternative Rock / Electronic | New & Sealed

U2: Pop (CD)

U2's ninth studio album and their most overtly electronic record. Produced by Flood, Howie B. and Steve Osborne, Pop (1997) found Bono, The Edge, Adam Clayton and Larry Mullen Jr. embracing dance, techno and electronica influences — the sonic companion to the spectacular PopMart tour. It yielded six UK singles including the No.1 Discotheque, Staring at the Sun (UK #3), Last Night on Earth (UK #10) and Please (UK #10). From Island Records. New & sealed.
