When Bagpuss wakes, so do all his friends: Professor Yaffle the woodpecker bookend; the mice of the Marvellous Mechanical Mouse Organ; Gabriel the toad; and Madeleine the rag doll. Filmed in Postgate’s signature stop-motion and hand-drawn style.
