Road House | DVD (1989) | Patrick Swayze, Sam Elliott & Kelly Lynch | Directed by Rowdy Herrington | New & Sealed

Cleaning up the Double Deuce is more than a matter of throwing out troublemakers. In Road House, specialist bouncer Dalton arrives in a Missouri town to restore order at a rowdy roadside bar, only to find himself confronting a corrupt businessman whose influence reaches far beyond the dance floor.

Patrick Swayze stars as Dalton in this 1989 action film, directed by Rowdy Herrington and produced by Joel Silver. Sam Elliott, Kelly Lynch and Ben Gazzara join a story that combines barroom confrontations with a small-town struggle against intimidation. Dalton’s controlled approach to a violent job gives the film its distinctive mix of measured confidence and hard-hitting action.
