John Carpenter's Vampires | DVD | 1998 | James Woods & Daniel Baldwin | 18 | New & Sealed

John Carpenter's Vampires follows a ruthless vampire hunter drawn into a battle against a powerful supernatural enemy. With the Vatican backing the hunt, the fight becomes more than a routine mission: stopping the vampires' plans means confronting a threat capable of changing the balance between darkness and daylight.

James Woods and Daniel Baldwin lead a cast that includes Sheryl Lee, Thomas Ian Griffith, Maximilian Schell and Tim Guinee. Directed by John Carpenter and based on John Steakley's novel, this 1998 horror film combines vampire mythology with a hard-edged action sensibility.
