Have I Got News For You: Best of the Guest Presenters Vol. 1 | 2-DVD Set | Ian Hislop & Paul Merton | BBC | New & Sealed

A change behind the presenter’s desk gave Have I Got News For You a fresh source of comic unpredictability. The Best of the Guest Presenters, Volume 1 revisits the BBC panel show’s guest-host era, with Ian Hislop and Paul Merton joined by a rotating selection of presenters taking on the week’s news.

The appeal lies in the meeting of familiar panellists and a changing host: political satire, topical observations and the different personalities brought to the chair. This two-disc collection brings together material from that period for viewers who enjoy the show’s blend of current affairs and British panel comedy.
