Fantastic Mr Fox | DVD (2009) | George Clooney & Meryl Streep | Wes Anderson | PG | New & Sealed

Fantastic Mr Fox (2009)

Mr Fox has settled down with his family, but the temptation to return to his chicken-stealing ways proves hard to resist. His appetite for adventure sets the stage for a mischievous story in which family life and animal instincts are never quite in harmony. George Clooney voices the resourceful Mr Fox, with Meryl Streep as his wife, Felicity.

Wes Anderson brings Roald Dahl's much-loved novel to life through stop-motion animation, combining puppet characters with dry humour and an affectionate look at family relationships. Alongside the central adventure, Mr Fox's son Ash struggles to find his place when his cousin Kristofferson comes to stay, giving the film an engaging thread about individuality and belonging.
